Creator Stores

Our creator store service, Creator Bay, is designed to help you set up a store page, list products and deliver files to the people who buy them. Your subscription with us covers the store; sales you make through it are between you and your buyers and are charged through your own payment account, as set out in our Seller Terms. You are responsible for everything you sell and publish. You must own or hold a licence for any material you upload, and you may not sell or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful. Creator Bay does not guarantee any level of sales or that your store will be available without interruption. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our creator store service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use our creator store service for any unlawful activity. Creator Bay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our creator store service, and to take down any store, if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

Refund Policy:
