Seller Terms

These terms apply to anyone who runs a store on Creator Bay. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which cover your subscription with Red Top Productions LLC d/b/a Creator Bay.

Your store is yours

You own what you sell. Creator Bay hosts your store page and delivers your files to the people who buy them; it does not take a share of your sales and is not a party to them.

Your payments are yours

Paid downloads are charged through your own Stripe account, using a key you provide. Money from your buyers goes to your Stripe account, not to us. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled between you, your buyer and Stripe. We store your key encrypted and never display it again; you can replace or remove it at any time.

What you may sell

Only things you have the right to sell: your own work, or work you are licensed to distribute. Nothing illegal, nothing that infringes someone else's rights, nothing harmful. We may suspend a store that breaks this rule.

Your buyers' details

Buyers give an email address to receive their download. Use it only to deliver what they bought and, where they have agreed, to hear from you. Do not sell or share it.

Files and storage

Files are stored privately and delivered only through links issued to buyers. Storage is limited by your plan. If your plan lapses, your store page stays up and buyers can still buy; editing resumes when your plan is active again.
